Just catching up. God this manga is goood. The argument with angry lesbian girl in chapter 7 was great. That was such a real, well-executed scene. Then it immediately gets overshadowed by the confession. Really great buildup on both sides, leading to this awfully unclear resolution. Pheww.

I’m really surprised this doesn’t get more comments or views. Is it because of the weird update schedule? It’s gotta be one of the better things I’ve read. Reminds me of Prism in its world building and nuance. A lot less dialogue, but the message is communicated beautifully nonetheless. I hope it can maintain that as it explores their relationship.

Also really liking this series. Sad that the release shedule is like this, but I totally respect the person not forcing themselves onto a deadline and doing this as a passion project.

Rereading ch 7 and YUS!! The buildup to that confession was so goooodddd!!

I love this series, & I love that I can support the author almost directly via Fanbox. I would spend so much more on manga if more mangaka let me do that.

This is perhaps my favorite (albeit very short!) series. Truly a masterpiece. I’m checking out the fanbox and it seems that next chapters are available for patrons? And that the artist has other series? Or am I wrong? (I don’t really understand the language lol) If so, it’d be pretty amazing if someone chose to scanlate the other works; based on this series, I’m sure the artist’s other ones must also be pretty awesome

Me, about a chapter where a lot happens: "yes, this is amazing".

Me, about this chapter where technically not that much happened: "yes, this is amazing".

This is how you can tell a manga is one of your favorites lol. I love how Aoikani-sensei can make even the most basic daily moments seem really precious (it probably has something to do with their great art style).

With that said, how could my heart not melt seeing them holding hands together under one umbrella in the rain? Or watching that adorable little girl with the pig playing with Koumoto? (I also get a lot of kids randomly wanting to play with me like that lol). Also, the mermaid stuff is back. :O

Slow releases (for very understandable reasons) and not much to say about it except, "This is good." (I.e., no behavior controversies, age gap angst, etc.)

Lovely little story. The author deserves way more recognition, it’s a good thing technology makes that easier these days.
