One thing I like more than the non-serialized version is that there's a more gradual buildup to Yukiko and Konomi's eventual relationship. Unlike the previous version, when they became friends almost immediately after learning that they were succubi, Yukiko's still somewhat distant and hostile to Konomi, to the point that she's still calling her "Nirasaka-san" a few chapters in. I also like how they make Yukiko's dislike of being a succubus more of a plot point, as well as part of her initial friction with Konomi.

Im glad this got serialized, I thought the og was just cancelled. Although I liked the old one a bit more, it explained succubi well.
