I like how this can randomly foray into a decent take of the trippier cosmic visuals of Valérian et Laureline accompanied by suitably high-falutin' cod philosophy and then on the next page punchline the whole thing with "muh tiddehs" :D

The title pages for each chapter have been bothering me for a while with the strange clock mechanisms in the background. I'm hoping this is just symbolism of the time limit that Miku's imposed....

Time seems to be an ongoing theme in this series. I mean, I haven't seen it written in kanji anywhere to confirm, but doesn't the title translate to something like, "After Today, the Future"? Which is an obvious play on Kyouko (today) and Miku (future).

Edit: Or maybe that the Future is (chasing) after Today?

Nope But I Could tell by the hair style. That Traditional black/dark brown hairstyle in the long straight Asian style is unique to Akihito works of art.

Anyway, just discovered this manga today. It’s really, really good—something special, I think. They’ve got such a unique dynamic! And when do you get to see bold bottom flirting in yuri, right?? I feel seen. This manga is hella cool, and the clock imagery is amazing even if I frankly think it’s a little much. I’m looking forward to more!
