I would totally read this if it were a series, afterall twisted yuri is my guilty pleasure, however I feel kinda bad for the "Onee-Chan" here, I agree with @IrisTg on this one.

I'd hope that with the fresh start and onee-chan's realization that she was also in love with her sister, they would have a more reciprocal and healthy (shut up) relationship.

I admire the manga's art style too, and how the younger sister is playing the dominant role. It illustrates why the older sister's manner seems tougher when it gets to the bottling up of emotions.
