it's in the vacinity, but easily dismissed since Keiko was trying to keep Ran from falling. based on that panel, you could equally ask if Ran was touching Keiko's crotch. btw, good eye! Ran's blushing does give the impression that her boob may have been touched, but most likely it's embarrassment from nearly falling.

The hatsumoude thing is actually pretty romantic... They're living together anyway but New Year's together seems really "couple-ish". This struck me as more yuri than the last chapter. It's like they're standing on the brink.

I am not sure where this is going, but I sure hope it goes somewhere with this.
