Well... there practically was one already this past season. Oshibudo (If My Favorite Pop Idol Made it to the Budokan, I Would Die) featured a female fan who was obviously over the top in love with her favorite idol, though hyper-aware of the line she couldn't cross and the idol she was a fan of was shy and so in love with her biggest fan that she couldn't communicate with her effectively, so she came off as cold and aloof most of the time. But in the background, two of the girls in the idol group were clearly a couple. There was another two that might have been a couple, but they were more the pair that bicker with each other constantly and act like an old married couple but might just be two girls that complain too much about everything. But, in the OP, there's a section with the idols and umbrellas that showed a couple of them with their biggest fans, the couple together under an umbrella, and the bickering pair fighting over an umbrella... then the main protagonists passing by each other with their identical umbrellas, if I remember correctly. All very symbolic.
