He's probably less successful because he either doesn't know how to chose targets (there are way too many good ships to chose from) and end up doing very little or he's just lazy.

Like I said, I'll ship it. Even in the webnovel, where it's clear they only think of each other as best friends, the two of them still set off a whole bunch of romance flags with each other. Hell, they've each planned to dedicate their "first times" to each other (doesn't mean what you think it means, but I'm 99% certain that the suggestive implication in the phrasing was just as deliberate in japanese as in English).

I don't mind if doujins exaggerate character traits (in this case, Keade thinking that she was still in the game), but only if that trait is common. There was only one time that Keade tought she was still in the game, and that's it.

Aside from that, I like the comic and I'm happy to see more "Sally X Maple".
