‘FAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWKK’
I thought maybe there would be a twist like she would actually be in love with her and dog-chan is like oh wait what that's too much of a change (but I can accept it) but no it went down the annnngggssst path that was fortold
I don't think this is as hopeless as people make it out to be in here. They might be best friends now, but it's not as if the door was completely shut by a rejected confession or Koto starting to date someone else.
Inukai kinda looked like Mitsuki from the previous story, so I thought this story was just a prequel and got really confused. Now, I wish I kept thinking that so that I know that they end up together later on. Oh well :(
There is something about the panelling and the pacing of this one that made me feel like it was a punchline and this whole story was a bit. I actually laughed out loud when she dropped that killer line.
At the very moment that I read that last panel, I heard glass shatter outside my window (probably a drunkard accidentally smashing their bottle or something again).
The sound of glass scattering on the pavement was especially crisp tonight.
