I don't really get it the last page completely. She suggests that she wouldn't have fallen for her if she was the same age, but then says she fell in love for sensei as a whole, because of her personality. It's contradictive.

My only guess is that she meant that her being an adult and trying desperately to follow the rules is the reason she initially fell for her and that barrier between them would never have exiested if they were both students.

Or they are just really gay.

On one hand takeing advantage of a drunk is kinda shitty on the other she was drunk.

I wouldn’t say that’s taking advantage of a drunk, since the chief is the one who says she wants to kiss. Taking advantage would be doing it without her consent

Consent when your judgement is impaired isn't real consent. If it's something they wouldn't do when they were sober it's not okay to take advantage of their impaired inhibitions when they're drunk.
