It's a popular reaction image, usually used to show that you're aroused (or otherwise enthusiastic). It's kinda like that "My body is ready" thing.
So, that's why it's great. She's not blushing over the guy, the guy is being used to represent her own emotions. That's why he's in her dialogue bubble.

Nah, that won't change anything. The missing pages are just a title page and a character profile page from the Pixiv upload.

It's true: Most girls with big (I mean huge!) boobies want them to be smaller. Most girls with small (I mean tiny!) boobies want them to be bigger.
There's a small % of 'in-between is just right' women who are perfectly happy.
