Like I said on the original comment section of the manga, anime makes almost everything look good, but look at an anime with a more realistic art style like Aku no Hana, people don't look that great in that anime

Bleach has had of lot of filler on the anime side.
The last arc the anime explored was the lost substitute soul reaper arc. The last arc of the manga was the Quincy War and the anime as far as I know is over.
