I just realized how refreshing and unique this manga is concept-wise.

Seriously, how the hell have I never read a series where the protagonists are already a couple, and each chapter is all about their day-to-day shenanigans, and completely angst free at that? It's because each chapter is an independent story. They can be read in any order and you'd still have the context.

The "repetition" is on purpose.
