I think (s)he means the Yuri tag. This chapter makes it seems like Eiko is deliberately flirting with girls, as opposed to just being really friendly.

I believe the pairing tags are pretty much restricted to fanart and doujins (which the Anthology falls under).
I dunno if they're prominent enough for the Student teacher tag but we should at least push for Yuri crush.

I did suggest a few additional tags for this chapter. Maybe the uploaders thought age gap and teacher/student were pushing it, but even that one anthology chapter got the Eiko x Kiyose tag.

This chapter is a really interesting one to compare to its anime adaptation. One notable thing is that Eiko is wearing Kamu's ring in the manga but not the anime. That feels like a pretty significant change and I have no idea why the anime staff made that decision.

As an aside, I read this chapter before episode 7 aired and I was convinced they'd have Nishimura be voiced by a man for comedic effect or something. Glad that didn't happen.

Eiko isn't an otaku nor a gamer, she doesn't understand the dating sim terms and references that Tama does, but she knows perfectly well what she is doing, and what the others are doing to her, including Sachi drugging her, she just played it cool so she could get away this time. That "punishment" thing might make things worse instead of better though.
