I'd like to see the Gorgon sisters in the future, but considering the curse broke... Maybe the author can swing this in a good way.

The panel right below it is a Kaiji reference, but I think that's just supposed to be a "creepily over-detailed" face.

Also page 90 has Medusa doing the Will Smith "look at this" meme.

I think the upper panel is a reference to Kakegurui and the lower one is Kaiji; the joke is that they're both gambling manga with very distinctive and very different visual styles. (And the former has some preeeetty heavy yuri subtext in places.)
