Sophie should wear right side out over left, just as she said. When someone comments she can say "I'm already dead." and then they'll correctly realize she has chuunbiyo. They won't realize she really is a vampire but that's good, too.

It looks like Sophie has a figure of Pyramid Head from Silent Hill. Interesting choice for someone afraid of ghost stories.
