Another Mira comic in the same setting (and with some of the same characters) has been released by Yuri-ism:

The Tumugi chapters are brand new.

Love the Earth Girls setting, it was a great continuation. It would be nice if this kept going with different stories from the perspectives of the other characters and developed their backgrounds.

The author's note claims this is two years after the original, but the contents clearly mark this as a prequel. Heck, the original even named Yuuri and Fana, so confusing.

Well that aside this sure was trademark Mira, which is just as we like it!

It's a prequel sequel. It's fun to compare how much her art skills have improved since then.

If you check the timeline of the main Earth Girls (which is naturally set after the Tsumugi prequel sequel), you'll find that in one of the extra pages, Yuuri and Fana are both seen wearing a Kidaha wife necklace. So after the Tsumugi timeline, just like the threesome that starts at the end of Tsumugi Ch 4, apparently they become a triad again.

Also, just like one of Kidaha's wives insinuated in this page, Kidaha might have figured from the get-go that Fana and Yuuri were going to end up a thing. Considering we never see her having one of the wife necklaces (which a few of the other girls so sport at times if you look closely).

That extra page is in Ch3, but in the very next chapter Kidaha is complaining about Yuuri and Faana leaving her and handing in their necklaces, so it's probably just an inconsistency that they were never given necklaces in Tsumugi.

There was a 2 year time skip in chapter 4 of Tsumugi, maybe it's during that time that Kidaha gives Yuuri and Fana the necklaces, the events of the original Earth Girls happen, and they give the necklaces back. In fact that's the only possible explanation so I'm going with it. It also partially validates Mira's sketchy chronology comment: the last part of chapter 4 takes place 2 years after the original installment.

That makes sense. And Kidaha has an injured leg at the end of Chapter 4, the same as she has in the Chapter 7 of the original volume. So the timeline would go like:

1) Tsumugi up to Chapter 4 p95

2) Earth Girls Chapters 1-3 (these take place during the 2 year time skip between p95 and p96)

3) Tsumugi Chapter 4 p96

4) Earth Girls Chapters 4-6

5) Tsumugi Chapter 4 p97-99 + Earth Girls Chapter 7

Gotta give credit to the seven brothers: for a bunch of literal cavemen, they were very understanding and supportive of their sister coming out of the closet (even if she actually didn't, but it worked out that way later anyway).

This was a fun series. The setting is different and interesting, the polygamy angle isn't just used as a cheap solution to love triangles for once, and the characters have believable motivations.
I do agree that the sex scenes drags it down a bit. They all just feel very much like the same scene over and over, there's that annoying "no means yes" hentai trope that really feels out of place, and the anatomy is all over the place (take a shot every time a bodypart dramatically changes in size, or the perspective gets weird). And for an artist who clearly is into boobs, she's honestly not very good at drawing them.
But I can live with weird boobs if I get a good story, so that's okay.

Damn. Wish Mira-sensei would clear up the timeline a bit.

Um... Kidaha has a giant poly harem that, at highest, was in the dozen or so girls. Io was merely Kidaha's first wife and dearest.

Ahh, I wasn't too sure at first, in my eyes it was like, girl 1 has a lot of ladies, girl 2 comes with her because she likes 1. But now like, girl 3 appeared and showed what I'd call 'romantic/sexual' interest so yaay, polyamory. I hope to see the other girls together soon.

Hmm... The sequel seems a bit fast and disjointed. Not bad, but the prequel was better.

Still as nice and fluffy as ever. It's fun to see how much Mira's art has improved.
I think I liked the clothing designs in the original more, though.

I'm so glad that they actually left Kidaha and got married to each other.

Not that I dislike Kidaha, but to be honest having 10 wives is a bit too much. 2 max.
