Huh, not sure why I didn't notice it before. The older sister actually didn't say they couldn't be lovers. What she said was the younger sister couldn't be her boyfriend, which is true.

Not sure if there's a difference in terms in the original, but the way it was translated means she was technically telling the truth when she said she never denied they could be lovers.

p.s I'm surprised the translator didn't translate all those voiced sfx to English (the ones in speech bubbles). I get leaving sfx the are over background for the sake of expediency - they can take tons of time to edit well - but the ones here in bubbles are simple clean edits?

I don't really care much personally, because I can read them all anyways - but probably most people can't. They also stand out as looking odd mixed in with the English speech bubbles. (The background sfx in Japanese do not stand out in the same way).

True, I especially miss the little hearts during the kissing session, first from the instigator then by the receiver.. Well, we can still see what's happening by how they act, but it adds a little touch.
