I believe it has that tag because it's kind of a sequel to Hattori's other yuri work, Heart Gifts, since Shiro and Kuro are both from that series. It doesn't seem like they're gonna be all that important, but... maybe they will be, I dunno.

I think it's marked as a sequel because it follows on from Heart Gifts? But only in the sense that Shiro and Kuro make an introductory cameo, I guess? It confused me, too.

Hard to tell if it's a sequel or a cameo/spin off atm. And the next chapter isn't out for 2 months, so...yeah.
