All I could focus on after all that is damn crocs

Touko was at home, in her pajamas, and had to go out in a hurry and walk outside. Actually, I think the crocs are a well thought out detail.

Other than that, well, it's a well executed classic story.

Could have been a boy and a girl, in a classic shoujo, not a single line would have had to be changed.

Fishes are cold blooded animals, meaning they can't regulate their own temperature, they get warm or cold according to the water they are in.

I guess that if you held a fish in your hand, even under water, it would suffer because from the heat at some point.

Actually human skin oils, to say nothing of soap residue, are super bad for fish, so something like a chemical burn even if you do cool your hands first.

I used to find these kind of stories nice and romantic but after getting reject always, it feels unrealistic.
