Today is a great day ! Being in France, I am in Pau right now, where they are holding an event (PAGS) and in the manga stand, for the very first time, I saw yuri! And, of course, the first 2 volumes of Inugami-san and Nekoyama-san ! This is amazing :D

Those pages with all the girl archetypes were absolutely glorious.

Ichiro is definitely a "hit everything" kind of player, but not a prolific home run hitter. He's all about that safe single, which this manga can probably twist into innuendo all the same. So the reference is close enough, I guess.

He hit dingers more frequently in Japan, even broke 20 one season. Guessing that's the reference. And the Ichiro reference itself caught me so off guard I choked on my pop.

Yeah. It's overdue. However, this series is skewed towards comedy, so you can expect resolution... never.

It's a 4-koma comedy. It's very unlikely it ever goes past innuendo and lewd jokes. That's it's trademark.

Finally someone I can relate to with the nurse thing! I was in a hospital for one week and it frustrated me whenever it was the male nurse that helped me out instead of the pretty nurse lady I had a crush on.

I like this new girl. And it's nice to see they pair her with Sarutobi because like Nekoyama I didn't like want monkey girl to be too close to Inugami :D

My prediction already coming true.

You know, I think Inugami having such a wide "strike zone" is actually very doggy. Sure, she's loyal to Nekoyama, but like a lot of dogs she'll also go up to anyone with a pant pant, wag wag, give us a pat c'mon. And then it's "Wow, that was a great tummy rub, but master's going gotta follow, see you!"
