^ Well someone checked this on /u/ and:
"This is completely wrong. The correct translation is "It's because I made you feel bad about it, it's the same thing your ex did".
Oh, my bad. I was in hurry so I only focused on ex-boyfriend part, but she indeed only says she did the same thing to Maria as Maria's ex-boyfriend, not that same thing happened to her. Now that I think about it, chances Saika would have exactly the same experience with her ex-boy would be extremely low. I guess I wasn't really paying that much attention to it, but can you blame me ;x?

The last page too "Aren't you supposed to be a girl" that makes no sense is actually "You weren't a virgin, right?"
I remember this from Valkyrie Drive. Shoujo can mean virgin as well as girl, IIRC.
It is actually a bit more complicated.
少女 shoujo means little girl, sometimes also just girl or teen, depending on context, in general someone still in puberty.
処女 shojo means virgin
Tokonome's name was written the same way shojo was but the reading of kanji was Tokonome, but because shojo was the natural way anyone would read it at first, they kept misreading it as shojo.
