I think its about her want to be impudent...her demanding to talk rocks in class against the other girls wishes, to kill "Jimiko" and show the world Hisui(did I spell that right? >.<)

I auto faved this manga, was so sweet, and even tho it was short totally gave me the feelz ^_^

She has good intentions but for real, to confront her like that in class
It must have low key felt horrible and awkward, that social anxiety tho
She must have understood that it was a gesture of kindness and friendship however, because regardless of how uncomfortable she likely was, she saw past it and reached back to her.

'Rocks' also happens to be slang for a man's testicles (yes it's actually in the dictionaries), I'm not so sure you should do that.

So, in Japan "murderous intents" means "overwhelming sweetness"? I normally don't like the school girl stuff very much, but this was cute. :-)

I think the title is a multiple-reading joke. As written on the first page, it reads 石 コロ殺意.
石: ishi --> stone/rock
コロ : ko ro --> around/near/toward
殺意 : satsui --> murderous intent/impulse
