Oddly, I think most cases where the tag applies it would be a huge spoiler.

It's not as much wishful thinking as it is a snippet of the future.

^Exactly. I feel like the tag is more of a way to prevent disappointment than it is something people actively look for. And since there's nothing to be diappointed over here, the tag would only detract from the enjoyment.

There's another reason why I think it should not be tagged. Clearly here we were led to believe the bathroom scene did happen. It's a oneshot with a "twist". I think spoiling that twist is going against what the authour intended. It's a very important piece of the oneshot that would be lost if spoiled.

A few days ago I read a "horror" oneshot story where a boy goes to a house where there's this white lady that no one goes tomher house because haunted. In the end The boy did not die
