its not that she was having a conversation with a player, she and the other people in the match were yelling at each other. like in a CoD match.

as for the art, it was trying to emulate the art of the series. its kinda weird, but it grows on you.

Well, the sex was awfully damn abrupt.

But the general "This makes very little sense" atmosphere, with a lot of apparent non sequiturs in the conversation, was a surprisingly good rendition of how things go in the series. Although the girl with the longer hair usually says stuff that's a lot weirder than that. The art did a pretty good rendition of the way the manga does their faces and the cluttered feel of their homes and stuff. As a doujin specifically of Dead Dead Demons Dededededestruction it was well done.
As a sexy doujin more generally, it was kind of meh. But to be fair, while I can imagine those two having sex, even in the actual manga, I can't imagine it being all that sexy when it happens.

. . . since when does one not fap to sexy yuri? What memo did I miss that needs badly to be burned before I get it and have my fun spoiled?
