Wow, Ryu asagi's art is dreadful, now wonder that xenocross sonohana series tanked so hard

I almost couldn't get past page 2 (the back cover, kill it with fire) because it was just that bad but the actual manga is pretty decent. I can't think of a yuri-focused artist who doesn't have some kind of quirk or weakness in their style tbh.

I don't see how his artwork can be "Dreadful" if he created something like this.

It's more about his style. It certainly will not appeal to everybody.

Technically his skills are one of the best around here, the use of angled viewpoints and character's positions and poses are really good. Admittedly, compared to his previous works, on this manga it seems like his angled shots are not done very well.

So basically, it doesn't appeal to virgins who probably haven't seen atleast a hentai or porn before; They also maybe haven't read a mature or higher rating manga dealing with romance, regardless of the sexuality. If that's the case then I can see why.

Not really, his art doesn't appeal to me (as in it's not my favorite at all) and being a regular on dynasty (and other websites) I think I'm kinda used to porn. Beside I don't really understand your talk about mature/Higher rating, if you're thinking porn when you're saying that then yes. Woah! Took a look at the raws, and I would love to see this scantalated right to the end! While I enjoy Asagi Ryuu's works in general, if anyone is expecting the usual PWP watersports, I'm afraid you are going to be disappointed. This manga series is a departure from some of the usual, quite romance/angst based with hot make-out/sensual scenes in between.

I wish more chapters could magically be out now!

And if it's the end, well, it's a pity. I liked the chemistry between Anna and Miku

Contrary to other people's opinions, I enjoyed their chemistry too. Frankly, they have far better build-up than Anna and Ema, which in my view came plenty more out of the left field (even though I'm happy with and love the pairing).

If your parents are siblings, you are cousins.
If your parents are cousins, you are 2nd cousins.
If your parents are 2nd cousins, you are 3rd cousins. And so on.

"Ah, but what am I to my cousin's child?"
Now it starts sounding weird; they call that cousin once removed (one generation later). Your grandparent is their great grandparent.
"Them what am I to my parent's cousin?"
Still cousin once removed. It doesn't matter which party is one generation later.
"What about my 3rd cousin's grandchild?"
Now it becomes 3rd cousin twice removed (two generations later).

Of course informally, you just call your cousin's child your cousin; that's easier. That's exactly how I referred to my cousin's child, whom I was very close to, when I was young.

Edit: Also whether or not it should be called incest, I think just about everywhere in the world you can marry your 2nd cousin. Are there any exceptions?

Actually, I have a friend who has a double cousin. I believe double cousins are as closely related as aunt/uncle is with nephew/niece. Or as close as half siblings. If the common ancestor's children were half siblings, I don't know how/whether that affects the nomenclature.

I'm pretty sure in my country you can marry only from your 3rd cousin and so on, because at this point you're almost not blood related hence it's barely a incest, but it was ages since I heard that so I might remembering it wrong.

Anyway, I pretty much like it so far. Ema worries me a little. If she was any more drunk in this chapter, she might actually raped Anna and while I'm not 100% against this kind of development (depends how it's done) I really would hate it here. I'm not sure yet who I ship more Anna x Ema or Anna x Miki. Both looks compelling so far, though I guess I like Miki more.

I liked the thing with Anna not feeling comfortable being seen by other girls and my guess is that it's because she is a lesbian (I know, big shock. it's yuri so it should be obvious, but it wasn't stated yet so everything is still up in air). I know she might be just shy, but even she is annoyed by it and is clearly interested in woman's body, so I think she unconsciously acts like a lesbian, even if she herself isn't aware of that.
