Wow, some of these comments reminds me of those over-zealous yaoi fanboys that think that yaoi is the end all and be all of Manga and Anime. Firstly, you never kill a loli character. Never ever. Nope. It's not matter whether she is a clone. Or whether the killer has special background and will make it up on his crime in the end. No. Simply just no.

Secondly, frankly if the author i so desperate to put his insert into a spin-off series, despite the story has little to do with said character. Then it was a clear case of Gary Tsu without the need of further debate.

And thirdly, most importantly. The superpower of being able to negate other people superpower? This sort of broken power should only be given to a super bad boss, so it will be interesting for audiences to see how he will be beaten up at the end. Not giving it to the main hero and try to come up with excuses on "oh, it's not as powerful as you thought". Every MC wear plot armor for God's sake, and you gives him a super weapon that can defeat every big boss right off the bat? So poorly written
