^ or like someone had a haircut in there , it's begginer artists's fails , since they may be uncommon to drawing water yet , and they tend to draw water like hair and it brings more atention to it instead , bad atention and it brings an unpleasing look to it , this is the case where technically better it would be to delete all the water details and just make the bottom half oval shine and it would look more esteticaly pleasing , or just without the unneded stringy things , eitherway , they surely can draw people and hands decently , i give them that , just ignore the water tho , just noticed some parts look like cut up onions lol

^ They're already getting up with the mods dv , also i doubt it's extra work to just write in more diagogue lines in an already done game , they literally rewamped the entire 174 persona 3d models , there's no more work than that
