In the end, I don't care if this turns into yuri or not. It's been cute enough as is, was more wondering if I just was going crazy and never noticed the tag or it was newly added.

In my opinion yuri-crush is cute particularly because there is a possibility they might get together. While that could happen in this, that would turn it into netori and it’s not setup properly for good netori.
Also the relationship between these two is super shallow, the mc basically treats her as a personal maid.

There are people out there who think a story isn't "true" yuri if a cock ever comes -- or came in the past -- closer than 10 meters to one of the girls involved. It's kind of baffling, really. I remember Akiko Morishima once tackled this subject, the existence of a strange tribe of yuri fans who feel repelled by any girl who has touched a boy at some point in her life, and this was her message to them:

Oh look the [yuri crush] tag is removed. Well I suppose that's a good thing because this was never really yuri so hopefully now people wouldn't have hopeless expectations and accept the truth that this is just a cute non-yuri manga

This manga is such a tease, and teasing is only really favorable if anything good will come out of it

How about uploading manga that's actually yuri like Hayama Sensei, Scarlet, or Mahou Shoujo Asuka, even? Or it is all just a ploy to get more traffics and hate comments?

I doubt this. When the first few chapters came out it seem like a promising yuri series but as the chapters get translated it showed that it might not have been what we've expected. There is nothing wrong with that. Plus I doubt the mods deliberately bait people (ahem sometimes...)

It's all up to the scanlators. Some scanlators don't want their work featured on the site and Dynasty respects their decisions.
