On Mikanuji-sensei's pixiv it's up to chapter 53 (updated today 07.09.19). Unfortunately, no scanlator seems to bother, and we who couldn't read Sun Runes must suffer.

It's called slapstick. Just because Western audiences associate it more with Looney Tunes-style cartoons doesn't mean that it's exclusive to that. Anime and manga aren't beholden to foreign conventions. Get used to it, because I'm sick of listening to and reading complaints from you lot about what is obviously not intended to be taken seriously.

It's not even just the serialization - the first chapter has a smaller image just with a number 2 on it in the middle of it on pixiv, it's just not included in the translated version.
