OMG I actually know what you're talking about... I think I read it on Mangakakalot, and I think its name is only a number or something. I know I got there from a comment on Please by Sudou Yumi on Mangadex lol, but now that Mangadex is down... I don't know how I can get there again. I want to reread that too, although it's an extremely depressing read (obviously since it's a recommendation based on Please...)

Manga about a girl who is obsessed with her friend. The first chapter has her stuffing money into her friend's chest and the friend gets annoyed. The friend also has a little brother(shuusuke?) who's cool with it. In one chapter the friend doesn't want her chest touched but doesn't mind touching the girl's chest. When she does, the girl climaxes, to the disgust of their other friend. At one point, the girl also tells the friend's brother, "That's silly, girls don't bang".

They're in high school in the first part. And adults in the next it's a pretty short story definitely not more than 12 pages. Girl B came home from work and girl A acted cold the whole night while Girl B was pining and when they went to bed girl A revealed she was just teasing girl B saying something like "you really love me don't you"

That would be "Tsurezure Biyori" by Hamuro Kei (its on this website, just havent figured hyperlinks out yet). The parts you're describing are in chapters 15 and 17.
