Mutually intoxicated, emphasis on the "toxic", but also on the "mutual". Openly exposing the parts of themselves they dislike, as if scratching at fresh scars and enjoying the pain, drunk on the ambiguity of twilight. The feelings of uncertainty they're left with, drawn to one another by a compelling yet tenuous gravity, fruitlessly grasping for connection in messages too short to be satisfying. Soft, fuzzy, but oddly thrilling. I enjoyed this.

it's always a one shot when you least want it to be.

It was a nice story, but it didn't hit me as that emotionally deep.
Just to clarify, those two had sex right? Honestly I didn't get that impression until I read the little pseudo afterword on the last page.

Hopefully this one gets properly tagged so it gets more eyes on it, it's super cute.

Oh they totally did.

Yeah, because having it just tagged with yuri by itself felt vague but also alluring.

Yes author, I feel the same, why didn't you draw the sex scenes!?

I will say, I liked that Komorebi was so upfront about liking girls. I guess I'm just used to the dynamic of the protagonist spending ages denying their feelings or being unable to put a name to them so having the lead just go "I know I like women" and not dwelling on it was somewhat refreshing.

Or at least do a better job of implying it. Maybe a panel or two or two with them falling on the bed together. Their lips about to touch. Or simply just showing a pile of their bed clothes lying on the floor next to the bed.

I understood that they had sex before reading the author's notes, I don't know what page it is but the girl wakes up naked and when she remembers last night events she is naked on top of the other girl! But I get what you mean.
My comment is more about the frustration of knowing that we could have had an explicit sex scene but we didn’t

Don't forget the "staring at her fingers" part.

Yeah the fingers are a classic.

I made her climax with these fingers?

Yeah, it's great when they're so upfront about it. Hope more works do this
