Mutually intoxicated, emphasis on the "toxic", but also on the "mutual". Openly exposing the parts of themselves they dislike, as if scratching at fresh scars and enjoying the pain, drunk on the ambiguity of twilight. The feelings of uncertainty they're left with, drawn to one another by a compelling yet tenuous gravity, fruitlessly grasping for connection in messages too short to be satisfying. Soft, fuzzy, but oddly thrilling. I enjoyed this.
