It's Diana. There are flipped clear cards of Lapis/Diana, Lapis/Natori, Diana/Allie etc. Pretty much every character has a bunch of merch at different tiers. The highest tiered rewards are the Lapis/Natori frames. Seems like a random selection lottery.
