Mocchi (もっち) aka Warabi Mocchi (藁火もっち). Female.
Au Lait (オーレ) aka Sakamaki Ren (さかまき漣). Male.

That's why their work has two art styles, because they switch sometimes the roles. That's why they count themselves as one because switching writers and artists role. Or working together at writing and art! What a nice duo!

Made this account a few chapters back to comment but forgot, so I’ll say it here.

This is my favorite (dare I say peak) series out here in terms of writing. It’s poetry, the way they dive into the interactions and emotions between characters. It’s not sappy or formulaic. It has me caring for every side character even if I don’t remember their names. The MC actually has character growth that I hella respect along with normally being based. And even though there’s yuri and I’m on this site for the yuri, I’m more interested in which character dynamics are going to be explored each chapter.

The dodgeball arc was kinda odd ngl, so I’m glad that’s done.

gotta say this has been one of my favorite series on the site, its really cute and just a great way to relax, so thanks alot mochi au lait for the great work :3

The characters development and dialogue so peak.
You can't hate any character because how well written they are.
The School Festival arc is long but I welcome it.

I like that they basically stated that the drug doesn't actually do anything in this chapter. Way to clarify that dubious consent. It is a little weird that so many girls just needed the excuse to jump on Toudou, though lol

I feel like saying that it proves the drug is a placebo is kinda overselling things. Previous chapters have very notable changes in behaviour when it was taken, and most of those were situations where the one affected had no reason to think it was involved at all.

It's fair to say that Saya had trouble telling the difference because she was intending to act like that either way, but I don't think that Ookado or Kamisada's hard swerves were something they would have done otherwise. To a lesser extent the same could be said of class prez, but she's got that side to her innately so I wouldn't completely count it out.

Now I can't unsee the Mario x Bowser comparison lmao

Most art work doing Au Lait! But at end they work together at the final touch and details, that's why Au Lait waited with the recent chapters so he could work together with Mocchi when her health gave her the possibility! Story they work together too but more Mocchi is leading! But sometimes Au Lait get the lead too. Why do you think the Cops and Robber or the Dodgeball arc read more like a shonen one! But that's why I love their work because it doesn't fit in one main category! It can quickly change with a chapter... but it doesn't lose the red line!

I was sure this silly bullshit manga was going to just peter out after a while, like most of their other one seemed to have some, even if the chapter length was longer than their usual. But then it kept going, and going, and we started to see round two interactions, and characters started actually feeling like people...!

I'm so glad they kept going with this~

It's looks like they hired an assistant...to help with the manga!

The arc I'm fully expecting to happen at some point, though of course it is baseless speculation on my part, is Arare finding out about Itsumi and Rin and deciding to break them up by dosing Rin and making her engage in acts with someone else (given the Toudou sisters luck, might backfire on Arare herself). If that did end up happening, I could see two possible outcomes:

A: Rin is tremendously broken up about it because of how it goes against her self-image and tearfully admits it to Itsumi, who... kinda just goes 'Yeah, that sort of thing happens' and admits some of her own history in that vein which might or might not open Rin up to the idea of poly since she's apparently also like that.

B: Rin holds herself together and calls Itsumi up to say 'Tell me where you are, so I can find you and we can ____' Which the latter probably goes along with since she likes attention and loves when Rin becomes aggressive.

this story that started as the most one-shot likely, fan-service driven, 'this is made just cuz the author wanted to draw half naked girls' manga of all time, just made another character with more development in a few chapters than some main characters in 12 episode animes.

this series is awesome.
