Whole anime/manga , while being totally-not-porn-guys plot, can be sowawhat deeper that it's lewd surface. Tackling themes that usually are avoided, like sexual urges and sexuality in general don't sudennly "pop up" when you are 18, but already exist when you are teenager, or that you will, usually, be happier if you accept your fetishes, but also how too much indulgence in them can fck you up. Especially first one is hard to talk about since talking about sexuality of teenagers always welcome "purity brigade", who belive that no one think about sex before marriage or at least before hitting adulthood.
In a sense it's like Madoka could be seen just as more edgy Sailor Moon, but had deeper themes, this one can be seen just as porn material.
