There have been other portrayals of bisexual women in stories like Brides of Iberis (which I find quite problematic), and it has a somewhat similar plot to We Are Addicted to Her. There's also Run Away With Me, Girl, and A Lying Bride's Case for Same-Sex Marriage.

Yeah, 'Run Away With Me, Girl' is amazing :). Hopefully, we won’t have to wait too long for the rest of A Lying Bride's Case for Same-Sex Marriage to get translated it's really interesting to so far and the last chapter ended on a cliffhanger.
On the link you provided for We Are Addicted to Her, all the chapters seem to be free, but unfortunately, there's no English translation. When I'm desperate to read something that hasn't been translated, I use Google Translate Lens on my phone to translate the panels as I go. The translation isn't very accurate, but it gets the gist across. Though human translation is 100 times better, I have so much respect for all the scan groups translating these works for free.
