For as much drama that’s in this comic, I really appreciate that Tong Tong’s little project here is just allowed to… work. She’s not overbearing, she’s not overly self conscious, Luxi isn’t uncomfortable, they just get to be sweet and kinky and they’re both into it. Yeah it’s kind of awesome. So many other authors would make this into a thing where Tong Tong doesn’t know what she’s doing and it doesn’t work out. But I think making it just… go smoothly is kind of genius. I think there’s a lot of value in telling people, look, you can just try this, and work hard and think hard on it, and it can work out. I think that’s the more interesting message and the more interesting action.
