The series has been officially translated by Tapas, weekly, and is at chapter 95 (post-series ending, now into the final extra chapters). Those other sites are ripping from Tapas and reposting onto their platforms. Those sites do that quite regularly, especially from Tapas (since it has, I guess quietly?, translated quite a few GL series, especially some recent Chinese and Korean series). This site however does not rip translations from anywhere and has a real fan translation with their own speed.
