Whatever the case, someone still need to be looking after her. If let to her own devices, you never know when she could stop playing with her little car and go put herself in danger or hurt herself.

But yeah idk if it's "technically" NTR but the author is making it "NTR-esque" with the way they're having the other two sneak around behind Michi's back to be affectionate.

Nozomi imitating the pose on the second page was so cute, but she felt like an afterthought the rest of the chapter. They didn't even get her anything or feed her at the cafe, poor baby

Mirai disguising Kako with a black wig with a similar hairstyle as her normal one, disguising herself with a pair of sunglasses, that she will - of course - take out once she enters the Café, not disguising her baby

I actually felt like this chapter made the solution to the "mystery" really obvious: she eventually goes to the future with Mirai and Nozomi. Mirai's got a strict legal time limit on how long she can stay in the past: her own birth. So if this couple reaches a point where they want to stay together past that, it's back to the future for them :P

Ok but how does that lead to an aged-up Kako appearing on the TV program and factually breaking that law? Because there's no way that's not foreshadowing.

I figure the error on the toy has something to do with her breaking that law.
For all we know, maybe future Kako made the law after she inadvertently screwed something up.

That's plausible, they didn't say what kind of important genius she was in the future but maybe she invented time travel (by borrowing it from the future lol) and set up the rules for it.

I wonder what kind of future IVF doctor would willingly impregnated a child. Mirai would've been like 14/15 when she was pregnant with Nozomi

Entirely possible Nozomi was fully an incubator baby I think. Also do we know how old Mirai is?

Edit: actually since her family and Michi were taken by surprise by Mirai making a baby and fleeing to the past, I bet there was neither a doctor nor a pregnancy involved, just some kinda future incubator artificial womb gadget she ordered off the future Internet and ran in her closet.

I'm going purely off this line of Mirai saying "Ever since I gave birth" to support my statement. Unless it was mistranslated or just worded weird.

We can confidently assume that Mirai is the same age as Kako, a 1st year HS student, so around 16. Idk how old Nozomi is but since she isn't walking yet she'd be around 1.

Yeah that's probably more likely than my idea considering the tone of this manga but I just think it's funnier if Mirai gave birth.

She's quietly transitioned into being a good wife and mom, and she doesn't even realize it. The friend has also quietly accepted her role as "fun aunt" and also seems not to realize it. Looking forward to this mom date.

I'm pretty surprised how Michi continues to be further sidelined and that she seems to be perfectly ok with it. Perhaps Nozomi's cuteness smooths everything over and helps maintain harmony.

Michi was never interested in Mirai romantically. I think she's content to be part of the family and fulfill her duties as fiancee by babysitting Nozomi.

Kako is really getting into being a married woman, huh? It's funny both her and Mirai are introverts.
