That nonsense of losing all motivation to do something you were going to do because someone asked you is way too familiar...
It's called demand avoidance, where you have trouble doing something if you feel there is some demand (internal or external, implicit or explicit) to do it. It's common in both autism and ADHD.
Can be very silly in extreme cases. I struggle with doing minor chores where my roommates can see me, or playing a game or watching a movie that I have high expectations of, because those create implicit demands.
