On the whole 'it's up to interpretation' statement....
Either it option A: The company is trying to make it to a wider audience to put their fingers in bunch of pies (Bit greedy).
Option B: Some important rich person, shareholder or group with power didn't like it(anime or magazine) so company had to make some changes/bowing toward rich+powerful...seems realistic since companies will bow or throw people down the bus to save face.
Option C: other option scenario?

It seems according to some comments I seen in U-tube...this whole Interpretation topic is actually already resolve maybe/perhaps??? It seems the print out(paper copy) has the VA(Voice actors) talking about their characters being married but people notice the Digital copy version missing that part [people calling that out] and company apologize and fix it later.--> Could be wrong about this information I seen though so take this info with a grain of salt and it could still be a issue even now XD
