Why ambiguous? Recall a few plot points: Miorine has lived her entire life being a trophy and her fate is decided by people of power around her. As a result she becomes a bit of a cold hearted person and uses whatever is convenient for personal gain. Her escape was screwed by Suletta's honest desire to help her thinking she's stranded in space, and Suletta after learning she was trying to escape a caged life and forced marriage feels really bad and responsible for this girl whose life-plan she kinda just messed up. If there's ambiguity from Miorine's side it's this: in her world where everyone treats her like some object, this one person treats her as a human being. Miorine has never met such an honest and earnest person before, and that moves her heart.
