How is anything this person said incorrect though? Please, explain it to me.
You need explaining why saying "you're all pedophiles" is unacceptable and against the rules?

In this context, yes. I would love an explanation as to how people who read lolicon are not pedophiles. Lay it on me. Cause to me, this seems pretty self evident, but I'm genuinely curious how you justify adults being attracted to children.
That's the same reasoning as saying that Call of Duty players are all masse shooters or Fifa players all play football. Just because i read something doesn't mean i'm doing the thing. Like, i'm a dude reading yuri.
Please, delete your account. You wouldn't want to be caught in the same place as all those pedos.
Make yourself (and us) a favor.
It's not my intention to be rude here, but I find this tolerant attitude towards extremely blatant pedophilia deeply repugnant. I believe it is within my rights to express my opinion.
You believe wrong, this discussion was had many times and examples have clearly showed that expressing your issues with loli material in this particular fashion (by making sweeping unsubstantiated accusations of paedophilia against other users) is not acceptable here. This is not actually a public space, you have only those rights that the staff sees fit to grant you, and the "right" you are claiming for yourself here is not on that list if past examples are anything to go by.

This is such a disingenuous argument. People play fifa because they like football, and people play call of duty because they like Fps's, but people who read Lolicon do so because they are attracted to the underage characters. Ergo, they are pedophiles. It's pretty self explanatory.
Do you believe people with a rape fantasy fetish are rapists?

I am a bit confused about Dynasty's homepage's sections.
I am not sure what's the difference between the two sections I squared below.
I have long assumed both sections are "Recently Added" but the left section include thumbnails and tags, while the right section doesn't. Today I realized the two sections don't display the same chapters.
I hope this is not a silly question!

Do you believe people with a rape fantasy fetish are rapists?
Being aroused by imagining a scenario and being aroused by imagining prepubescent bodies aren't really comparable?
How so? Both are being aroused by a fictional representation of something morally reprehensible. To condemn one but not the other is illogical.
It should not be a controversial position to be creeped out by lolicon
Particularly not on a website where the existence of far more innocuous tags like het
bisexual
love triangle
and cheating
seems to drive many users off the wall already

I really don't see how you're coming to that conclusion. A scene played out by consenting adults is in no way comparable to being attracted to children. To even compare them is offensive.
So here's my point. Being aroused by a drawing is not the same as being aroused by a real person, just like how being aroused by a fantasy act doesn't mean you'd be aroused by the real thing.

I would disagree in this instance. Being attracted to to little girls absolutely makes you a pedophile, even if they are 2d. And no, I don't believe you personally will ever abuse a real child, but that doesn't actually change anything. It's pedophilic to be aroused by children, regardless of whether they are real children or not.
I'm probably getting banned for this, but I'd rather not use a website that treats pedophiles like a protected class. They aren't oppressed, they need psychiatric help.
I suppose there's no point in continuing this then.
Mod Note
The pedophilia / lolicon conversation is over. The only posters allowed to participate from here on are myself, OrangePekoe, and Roodypatooti. All other comments on the topic from here on will be removed from this thread, repeat offenders will be removed from the forum. Thanks.

How is anything this person said incorrect though? Please, explain it to me.
A decision to allow Lolicon
material was made long before the rules were. That decision is not going to change. The rules are concerned with encouraging constructive discussion and reducing conflict. As such, I don't see any benefit to allowing or encouraging users to have this discussion, which inevitably spirals into offense and indignation. For this comment in particular, I'd highlight the following:
This manga brings me nothing but disgust and disdain. It's a story revolving around an adult being attracted to a 10 year old, but it's loosely "justified" for some reason because she has the big booba. It's just as bullshit as the "I'm actually 3000 years old I just look like a child" excuse. You're all pedophiles. Adults being attracted to 10 year olds is fucked no matter how they look.
The user in question, CallieWallie, had already made a comment on this specific manga a year ago. They could've stopped when it brought them such disgust and disdain the first time. By not doing so, they violated Rule 10*, and made a post that declares to any passerby that they are "all pedophiles." I don't know how to frame this more concisely: the post is bait. Intended as such or not, it will inevitably bring the same offense and indignation that has been played out here hundreds or thousands of times before. It's not useful discussion, so such posts are not allowed.
If you wish to discuss the rules here with me, right here, you're welcome to. Otherwise, I'll expect you to refrain from having this discussion in this manner in the future.
(*Rule 10:
Tags are meant to inform users so that they may interact with works that appeal to them, and avoid those which do not. Avoid making repetitive comments on works with tags you wish to avoid. Repeat offenders may be disciplined as necessary. This rule also applies to pairing tags. Do not engage in "shipping wars" in doujin threads or image comments.)

Not a silly question at all!
It would be more accurate to say that the items on the left (with thumbnails) are recently released and items on the right (text only) are recently added to the site. The difference is that the releases are when the chapter was first made available by the scanlator. For example, the items in your screen-capture were added to Dynasty on Aug.17, 2022, but their release dates are in 2020 an 2021.
Hey, so, I don't know if this has been suggested already but i was wondering if a "cascade" display option for the pages of a chapter could be added.
I have mainly 2 reasons to be suggesting this:
1) I, personally and probably other people too, am used to reading manga online in this format, for easy navigation since you can use the mouse wheel (or 2 finger on a notebook) to get across the whole chapter with ease (also i do a lot of backtracking when reading one chapter)
2) In my opinion, it works best for loading pages. If i am not mistaken, the site currently loads the page you are at and the next page, but it won't load a second extra page. I think this is probably for optimization of resources or something like that (i don't know a lot of websites and stuff) but when it comes to having a weak internet, as i do, it can sometimes become inconvinient since you have to read 2 pages and wait until other 2 load while you do other stuff (yes it gets that bad) and you don't have the option of leaving the site loading the whole chapter.
This is a small suggestion since there are alternatives, like downloading the chapter, and i don't actually have a sense of how difficult this is to implement or what consequences it might have on the site performance, which works just fine already.
So yeah, this is just a little quality of life thing and wanted to talk about it a bit i guess. Thanks for reading.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. It's a welcome one, but I can't share any news or plans to have it added to the site (for now). All hope isn't lost, though! I'll paste from the plugins thread an alternative route you can use for the time being. Happy to help if you run into any issues using it!
Dynasty Scans Preload + Long Strip (author: Nobody)
Last Updated: December 26th, 2021
Overview:
I got annoyed by page load times recently and, being an engineer, spent a few hours making something to save a few minutes. I present: a bookmarklet that preloads an entire chapter. Just navigate to any page of a chapter, run the bookmarklet, and the single page shown in the reader will be replaced by a vertical scroll of every page in the chapter. (As a happy accident, this also stitches together longstrips.) Feel free to use and modify it as you please; also feel free to ask me questions, give me feedback, or let me know of any bugs you find.
How to use:
Create a bookmark, but where you would normally put a URL, instead put the "formatting-stripped bookmarklet URL" from below. Then, while on any page of any chapter on Dynasty, click the bookmark. Instead of navigating to a page, your browser will run the code you copied into the URL field.
When things go wrong:
-It will fail to load pages with a different page-to-filename relationship than the current one. For example, if the current page is "001" and "page001.png", it will fail to load a page of "credits" and "credits.png", as it will instead expect "pagecredits.png". (It will, however, try a few different file formats, so "1.png" and "2.jpg" will still work.)
-If Dynasty is in the middle of switching pages (you see "Loading..."), wait until it finishes. Running both scripts simultaneously may cause incorrect results.
-Any pages that fail to load will be displayed as text, so you can navigate to them normally in a different tab.
-Since all pages are loaded in parallel, it's possible for some pages to load completely before others even get sizing info. This can potentially cause page N and page N+2 to appear adjacent, visibly skipping page N+1 until it loads. Waiting until all visible pages are done loading makes it unlikely for this scenario to occur.
Nicely formatted code is hosted on pastebin
Formatting-stripped bookmarklet URL:
javascript:var%20pagesDiv=document.querySelector("#image");var%20starterImg=document.querySelector("#image>img");var%20pageName=encodeURIComponent(starterImg.alt);var%20pageIndex=starterImg.src.lastIndexOf(pageName,starterImg.src.lastIndexOf(".")-1);var%20genericSrc=starterImg.src.slice(0,pageIndex)+"#"+starterImg.src.slice(pageIndex+pageName.length);document.querySelectorAll("#image>.pages-list>.page").forEach((page)=>{var%20newImg=document.createElement("img");newImg.alt=page.innerText;newImg.src=genericSrc.replace("#",encodeURIComponent(page.innerText));newImg.retryFormats=[".png",".jpg",".jpeg",".gif"];newImg.onerror=()=>{if(newImg.retryFormats.length){newImg.src=newImg.src.slice(0,newImg.src.lastIndexOf("."))+newImg.retryFormats.shift();}};pagesDiv.appendChild(document.createElement("div")).appendChild(newImg);});document.querySelectorAll("#image>.left,#image>.right,#image>img,#image>.pages-list>.page").forEach((node)=>{node.parentNode.removeChild(node);});

Thank you!
E-mail may be broken again, I haven't recieved an e-mail for months, and I have specific Gmail rules to make sure it's not marked spam.
I wish there was a way to see the latest of subscribed stuff here so I could at least catch up. I have no idea what has new stuff and what doesn't.
Want to bump this as it probably got buried after the tag derailment.
I definately would like a page to see subscribed chapter somewhere since E-mails continue to fail which means I'm missing out on uipdates to series I really enjoy.
It's not! That's actually very good question I used to ask myself as well for a very long time, until it was explained to me! I even suggested explaining it somewhere, but sadly it wasn't added. Either way, it works like that. On main page you only see part of recently added works, usually new releases or one-shots etc. basically the stuff that needs the most attention, since space on main page is limited and Dynasty tries to avoid cluttering it too much (it mostly applies when there's a lot of series uploaded during 1 day or few days in a row). On the other hand Recently Added contains actually all added works in order of adding. So for example if a series that has already 20 chapters translated was being added to site, you'd only see first few on main page, to avoid overshadowing everything else, but if you go to Recently Added, you'll see all 20 chapters added. So for the most part checking main page should be fine, but if you don't want to risk missing anything, it's good idea to be checking Recently Added regularly as well. Hopefully I explained it well.
Not a silly question at all!
It would be more accurate to say that the items on the left (with thumbnails) are recently released and items on the right (text only) are recently added to the site. Thanks so much to both of you who explained it so clearly. Now I am clear on the difference between "recently released" and "recently added." This also clarifies the dates next to chapters released as well. This was much needed, thank you Nevri and Yuki Kitsune :D

Thank you. I'm sorry to say the issues have been ongoing. Please continue to monitor this thread in the next few weeks, I'll post an update as soon as I have one.

New chapters of series you're subscribed to should be automatically added to "To read" default list in Lists menu.
Only if you have that option enabled. I turned it off because deleting them after was a PITA.
Considering the influx of new one shots and more series focused on this, is it time to get a
villainess
tag yet?
I’d second this. Another tag I’d like to see is sœur
/marimite
, since it’s so common — idk if it’s already been suggested though.
(by the way @Lepancho24 nice pfp, I like that album)

Och, sure. Can't help you more then ;/
Well I've turned it on for now, thanks. The problem is catching up with what I've missed.
So I've been trying to post my thoughts on the latest Whispering You a Love Song chapter in that forum, but my post gets blocked as spam. How do I stop this from happening?

It's fixed, thanks.
