The only thing I found a little odd was Mai's mom. She comes in so late and so briefly that it feels jarring and out of place. The whole thing with her could've been it's own proper arc, and i feel like it should've been. How it is here just feels a little rushed and almost shoehorned.

ah good to see this series here, it's a really lovely story, though I still wonder what is up with Raika's girlfriend like either Mitsuha is really good at taking advantage of the environment to make it look like she can do magic or she's got to be like the patron god of that land like. Really love how unexplained her deal is though it's very fun

Oh this one was wonderful, I'm glad it was finally put on here, thank you Freedom Scans!! Best series that's come out in some time imo

This is likely the very best pseudo-realistic yuri romance SoL there is, and a couple who actually has both the personal chemistry and work-related reasons to stay together.

Just for those reasons alone, it's a gem.

Then you can also add to that some very nice art that feels soft and pleasant to eyes.

Casual reminder that a lot of this artist's work involve horror and gore which honestly translates pretty well in this series too without even having them into it.

I would definitely encourage binging this. It's a delightful read, just think of Nana's yandere tendencies as a quirk from the author.

I read this comment before I finished binging this, and as I got closer to that plot, I felt it wasn't rushed at all. It fit in, since her blackmail would explain one of the major plot points of the story (why she couldn't get a job). Maybe a TAD rushed but fine?

Then it was resolved in like 6 pages with no retribution coming to the mom. Hell, she got out of it happier than before. That was annoying, I'm with Hana on that.

This story over all was extremely good though. Very entertaining, AND educational!! I learned so much about bugs! Also very emotional, the first half with grandpa slowly dying was very powerful to me. Coulda had a bit more romance maybe, and at points the gratuitous fan-service was distracting (that early bath scene with the three of them, and one just kept doing poses for no reason, good lord what)

But over all, absolutely adored it =w=

The expressions in this story make sense now, sometimes the art just gave off that certain, unsettling feeling.

Why did Nana's grandpa have two different funerals? There was one pre-cremation in chapter 16 and one at the grave site in chapter 31. I'm not very familiar with the particular customs around this, so explanation would be appreciated.
