I think that part you called confusing was not about the looks of that beverages, but about their taste. I would translate it somehow like that: "They're extremely delicious, but I can't describe what taste exactly is it".
You translated that as "their appearence', but 何味 means "what taste/flavour", and 実現し is a verb meaning here something like "describe, realise'.

Personally I think the first chapter was fine, also I mean as BlueDsc said to you "Considering the title that seems to be very appropriate."

Which is "A Story about a Very Lonely Female CEO who Falls for a Lesbian Prostitute in Seconds", it's a simple so far cute little story that is accurate to the title. I don't really see what there is to be disappointed by since it didn't build up false expectations or anything, it's honest about what it is haha

Plus there's a decent chance of seeing the romance develop more as we progress.

TY to people who chimed in with a better translation. I think I got thrown off by the 表現, since I'm used to its Chinese meaning of "(external) presentation/display/manifestation" and I didn't check further for the Japanese usage (for which we would usually use 表達 in Chinese). Careless mistake, native speakers can only coast for so long with hanzi vs. kanji... I submitted a fixed version with Calthesa's rendering, thank you!

And I just submitted the first chapter of this on a whim and really didn't expect it to be something people actually wanted to read. I'll try and finish up the chapters to the current (6) over the next few weeks.
