Pall isn't gonna live thru this, methinks. She knows that's she's a big confusing grab bag of souls but somehow being involved with Aluna has changed her enough where I think she's ready to just go now. The fact that she's actively watching and even speaking to Rize now, asking about her true feelings, instead of trying to kill her is kinda telling. She's poking around to make sure Rize will stick around and take care Aluna, since, as Rize has finally started to see, Aluna is a hard shell with a soft gooey center who needs someone there with her.

I think Pall is becoming more human and is going through her puberty which she refused to go through when she is a demon, she wanted to stay a child..is what I'm assuming. I don't think she is dying since she is maturing for her lover

Unfortunately, the series is labeled as completed despite resolving absolutely nothing. I can't even imagine how it would have ended though, but probably not on a happy note.

I was kinda expecting a disappointing ending, considering I only really like one or two of Mira's works, and that this was apparently an earlier work no one had bothered to translate.. I was hoping it would at least BE an ending though, not an incomplete one.

And ending out of nowhere. But maybe it gets the Earth Girls treatment. When rereading it, after it was "completed" years later, I was surprised to find a whole lot of more chapters.
