Honestly, I never felt like Door-kun had much chemistry with any of the female party members outside of Aigis, and even then there's some weird bits about that that make it weird..

Much like with Overwatch, it's always weird to me to see 2D art of DOA characters.

^^I didn't know the official anime subs went with that- the ones I was watching use unfortunate too. Then again official subs are often terrible so its not a guarantee they got anything right.

I don't really see why being literal is bad if it accurately gets across the point? and to me, calling her an unfortunate girl is way funnier than calling her a looser.. but thats just my opinion. Maybe pitiable girl would work better?

^I never thought Fuuka was a good love interest either. Though I'd say pre-Answer Yukari worked too, aside from Aigis. Mitsuru is great, just not a fit for Jesus-kun.
