So that's how yuri is made, all those yuri-mangaka mangas were a red herring all along.

I wish it was that simple- I'd of made hundreds by now :) I've a feeling all the hard work occurs between step 5 and 6.

Most of the deaths are caused by indivituals who don't know what they're doing when preparing the fish. The lethality in reataurants is fairly low nowadays, because of the strict laws that aply to it's preparation
Usually people get poisoned in restaurants when they ask for liver (which is illegal to serve).
