I knew, I KNEW something was going on with Yoh. I thought she was placating Miki, but then I thought, well, it's Mochi, so maybe Yoh is really just that suave and totally goes along with it. Dang! Should've gone with my first instinct on that. Her calmness was just TOO calm about the whole situation. Can't wait to see how this turns out!

That's just her regular expression. Look at her in past chapters, and you'll see that she has that blush even when there's no clear reason for it; seems more like a natural flush that she was born with.
