You contradicted comment your own statement, which suggested they had surgery because having big boobs groped isn’t that interesting. But in fact their reasons had apparently nothing to do with that.

Unfortunately, I’m a little disappointed that the story is veering away from the “harem” route, but still pretty intrigued by the new development of some previously unused characters and that we’re getting more of a journey out of it than before. At least, I can hang onto the “hope” of Momose meeting Chiaki and her “small tits.”

For all you guys know, Kana could be one of them. Maybe she has an “Onee-sama” fetish or knows what’s going on around her and pretends not to know. She may become the “brutally honest straight man” where she verbally attacks Chiaki and Momose and whoever else decides to show up.
