Wow for years we've been hoping a one shot would become a series and it finally happened.

We did it guys, it finally happened. We complained enough to the yuri goddesses and we actually got a series from a one-shot.

I hope they decided to go that route instead of wasting time with saeko n miwa again, I mean wtf cares about their relationship anymore? we've already seen it in the original doujin anyway

Going into this as if it were an entirely new thing and the one-shots not happening, Miwa calling her one and only friend "kinda shitty" when we, the viewer, have no reason to think that was pretty dang rude on her part.

But anyway, I'm not prepared to go through this heartbreak again. Even if it's amicable and both parties stay friends, it always sucks when people break up. Just look at The Feelings We All Must Endure.

Well if you look at other manga their one shots are usually completely different from the series, look at Deku from My Hero who was an older looking gadget user. Luffy from the One Piece one shot was a lot smarter and there was this whole thing about Pirates who only robbed other pirates. So there is some hope for a different ending, though I guess it does not gurantee it to be any happier.

One typo found. In the penultimate panel of page 7, Saeko is called "Miwa" by Miwa.

Is there a way to contact Sexy Akiba Detectives to correct this?

I think you'd normally say "I wanted to chat with you." "Chat to" sounds like you're saying "I wanna talk at you"--like it's a one-way lecture or something.

Anyway, not sure if I want to keep reading this if it's going to end with them just breaking up later, lol.

Well that's just seventeen different kinds of adorable.

I know that oneshot is supposed to deter me from following this series (and I should probably listen to it) but bloody hell, the slower pace really did wonders on the stories, like their chemistry is just so nice and I want Saeko and Miwa to end up together. AGAIN. Gah please, please let the series have a different ending than the oneshot...

Yeah same, but I do wanna know how this end so...

Pretty sure her and Saeko are not gonna be together near the end. The girl in the first page is most likely this one from the one-shot. Comparing the dyed hair, there's a slight different at the location, but it's the same one.
